Can horde get [Band of raptor teeth] ?

Hi there wowhead says the quest for band of raptor teeth is horde.

Im wondering if it is obtainable for horde or not.

many of the quests are phased and must be done in order. you want a easy cut in to get what you want.....there is none. reading the comments helps too. you must be sent by NPC at gromgol to NPC at bambala.



this series starts as a follow up from gromgol quests then goes into Priestess Hu'rala - Quest - World of Warcraft.



therefore there are quests at gromgol that must be done first
