BREWFEST LOOT - IT's A GO

I am pretty sure I saw them linked ingame. When they scale they are worse than say TOC trinkets for example..
Correct me if I am wrong, but there are better options than these?
 
I wonder if Thousand-Year Pickled Egg will work from a lifestealing enchant?

Can we get high ilvl items traded to use by a high lvl to gain more stats than if looted by a 29?

What does TOC stand for?

and afaik you cant cheat your way to higher scaled trinkets.
