Played around with all the specs haven’t seen any other specs in bgs besides arcane.

I like the design of Fire I just can’t seem to get the burst to melt people like you can with arcane.

Same thing for frost outside of glacial spike.

I wish i remember the names of the two i see every now and again would ha e to check when i go home. I know one fire mage i seen had around 60k hp and i been working on my enh shaman, but i do BGs and skirms. You cant literally stay in front of him more than 5-10 seconds without dying as a twink he does sp much dmg. His pyro procs must be off the charts, i check to see if he had 340 pieces nope all BFA and Antorus gear.

I ran across him in a skirm twice last time came down to a 1v1 lasted a bit got down to a who ever could hit SS or his insta pyro first at close range, he barely got it and won. But i had to pillar near constantly and bait him to coming to me a lot and my enh sham can face tank some decent dmg even can outright kill decent amount of 100k+ hp 120s but he one of the few that isn't even a option.

I haven't ran into a frost mage or Arcane that i ran into i would call scary if i ran into them 1v1. No other class i can think besides a geared DH and a geared prot pally are worse to deal with for me. And i only seen 1 geared prot twink sits outside SW sometimes i duel every now and again...literally the most hopeless twink battles i ever seen kind of hate i got my pally to 120 already lol.

That’s awesome, hope for variety eventually. My pyro damage hovers between 4-6k with sub 1k scorches and 2k fire blasts takes awhile for me to light somebody up haha

Hope I run into that guy eventually would love to check out his setup.

I have not seen him since last week but i definitely will link you his armory. He a troll fire mage geared to the teeth sure he has a build and leggos that compliment his style of play. I have a 120 mage i played enough to cap and mainly played Arcane dabbled in fire but i couldnt begin to explain how twinking effected his gameplay, stat priority and RNG which the god bless him thoroughly with in no small supply.

You must not go against many good mages, because I’ve yet to die to a fire mage since xpack dropped. Even twink ones. If your a 110 twink and not rolling arcane, your only kidding yourself.

This really is the case..besides this one mage twink mages died as helplessly as regular mages for me not to note anyone but him lol. But honestly may have been circumstantial in the skirmish i was practically 2v1 at the beginning before i could stop my non-twink partner from running in after recognizing that same Mage in a previous bg. He died in seconds before i even got to him.

And BGs, composition has a lot to so with experiences with opposing twinks. Some teams wont let melee stick decent to good mages especially if they are smart. And i notorious for B-lining toward rdps twinks.

But be that as it may just giving credit where it is due. Arcane and frost mages i ran into never gave me this much trouble i guess hey are obviously have less road blocks to put in front of a enh shaman. Slow and chill effects are moot against ghost wolf and they have to hard cast glacial/ebon for predictable dmg plus its one school of magic worth worrying about and two ice blocks gives me time to either catch up or heal/los so legit they mechanically aren't on my hard to deal with list. Arcane even less effective slow is useless and arcane blasts well won't be getting alot of off and bunch of juking just lets me close distance.

Fire gives me issue cause their is no setup to the dmg kind of like my enh, it is rng but when its there its pretty nasty. I got 12k or so in dungeons quite a few times cause of rng. And even on my mage as fire i have had proc no trinkets or combustion where i spit pyros back to back and melted people. They have more classes of magic to be annoying with even when you lock fire out which opens up CC like poly and nova. Plus dragon's breath on a short CD, on top of cauterize/sprint lol. Just played well that spec is soooooo much more annoying than the other specs.
