Bramble Staff available on warriors?

Can anyone confirm if it's available on warriors? Wowhead lists it as only dropping for Monks, Druids, and Hunters, but I saw a warrior sporting one today.

I got it to drop on the first try with a monk, second try with a druid, but nothing after 4 tries with a warrior. Does spec matter?

Yes it is available to warriors.

Spec does not matter.

It drops for every spec regardless of if they can use it or not.

Drops starting at lvl 10, no need to lvl up to 20 to try it.
