Despite what some would make you think 15-19 bracket is not based on BH server. Que in the BGs and look at names/servers, you will see BH doesn't own the bracket 15-19 population or activity wise, not even close. it's all talk, hype, and type just like those on AP with the F2P's.

it is best for the growth of the bracket that players are seen on various servers which is the way it is now. there are still alot of players that do not know twinking is still going on. i see posts in trade at times saying twinking died 3 years ago. i give them info.

people see me wandering around and say wow..old twink to bad twinking is dead....i give them info

i see players at various levels looking to turn off XP....i warn them and give them info. cause these are the worst types you could have turn off their XP like at 34, once they get no BGs, from there on they tell others twinking is dead

BH is just a populated server. Its not the fact that is has all the players as people make twinks all the time, its because they have skilled and respectable twinks.

3 of the Best US guilds are bases on BH - TC, LSS and WT (then again not many guilds in the bracket)

I've made a recruit macro to spam when I'm sitting around in major cities, even on my dead server I've managed to find three other twinks and a few that might be interested. You'd probably be suprised how many people have old school twinks are sitting around just waiting for a chance to be dusted off.

Come BH, don't get invited to any guild for odd reason, rational thought leads to maybe i not good enough yet, creates motivation to get better at gaum, become decent at gaum become accept or taken under wing by a guild/player(s), become better player hopefully, keep striving till in best guild, learn more and more,if enough drive become best 19 twink.

does a guild with 400 level-85's in a guild with a level-1 as GM make that a "bank alt" guild?

does a guild with 400 level-85's in a guild with a level-19 as GM make that a "twink" guild?

imo....no on both....bend the spoon

twink guild has mostly twinks in it, if your guild has 80%+ level-85's or more than 4-5 level-85's, you are in a PVE/PVP/raiding guild with some oh btw twinks

Or you could attempt to create a competitive environment on your home server, ditch your "can't beat 'em so i'll join 'em" mentality, save 25$, make new friends, get good at the game, and grow the community simultaneously.
