Bracket Activity

I’ve been playing some games in 19 and got suprised how low the activity was.

What is the best way to get new players to the bracket?
What is the best way to bring back old players to the bracket?

Please take this only as an opinion:

There seem to me to be a bunch of factors contributing to people not playing:

Fewer levelers leveling, which means less of them Qing.
Less people Q because Qs are long, which makes people not Q.
When people do play, most of the time it feels like one side gets crushed.
Horde seem pretty dominant, but that might just be my impression right now. Any faction having dominance will drive down participation on the other faction.
I don't how guilds are doing currently, but the last time I tried looking into them they seemed a bit less than friendly so I ended up staying solo, obviously if you don't have awesome people you want to play with you'll play less.

It's the low interest in TBC Classic for the average player - aka levelers, who are fucking up the BGs.

Average player is waiting for Tier 5 and has probably unsubbed until then.
Plus summer times are always lower activity

Just try to get your twink communities to simultaneously solo queue. My guild recently queued as 5 and two of them went to the enemy team (Horde side as Alliance characters). Was kind of fun.

Ahahah i don't think so, we have our little routine that isn't compatible with the investment that this bracket need, and the reward is pretty low
