EU+US Bow of Taut Sinew 8% drop chance my ass

So I've been trying to get bow of taut sinew from Ayamiss the Hunter in Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj to match my hunters tier 3 set.
The bow is supposed to have a 8% drop chance (similar to the other 2 epics the boss drops of which I have about 15 each by now) yet after 120 runs I still don't have the damn thing.

Has anybody seen the bow drop lately or has said item been silently removed from the loot table?
