So after queuing all day and rolling pug after pug, my group runs into some stiff competition. In bg chat, party chat, or wherever else you can express your opinion about playing weak competition it was and has been done. Hell even I have said can we ever get some decent competition in here! Then that one game that makes you literally lose your mind :)

Afterwards your group disbands and everyone logs for the day. This has happened to me on every account horde or alliance guild or no guild!

Does that happen to everyone?

Just looking for feedback and how to overcome the situation!

I've went days without a loss, bracket is funky like that. I'm sure a lot of group 24's from 2-5 grouped up of has similar stories. Steam rolling is not surprising in this bracket. This is why I have so much respect for f2p's groups that go days without losing or put up great fights.

/love goes out to AP horde and Vashj Ally

Um, kinda. It's like all day I run into your premade or similar groups of 24s or a group with 4 hunters, 2 healers while the best dps on my team is a warrior/warlock. Then there's that one game a day where we're not facerolled and things are finally even.

You could probably find more even competition if you leveld up to another bracket where everyone is on your level, because expecting to pug into a similar group is well, you know. Not complaining about you playing in this bracket btw.

If you're looking for competitive games, this is not the bracket for you.

This bracket is competitive actually.

I'm not here to roll F2P there are decent opponents that are 24 and when you beg for competition and you get why /afk or /logout for the day?

That is point a win or loss doesn't bother me.

What bracket might you suggest then? LOL?

Not sure if serious. Are you serious?

I digress, I'd like to reply to the topic but I want to be on the same page. Is what happened...

When you have easy wins, everyone sticks around. And then, when the going gets tough, the tough get going? If so... yes, it happens all the time to me.

^Triple Dot means im seriously serious..

But seriously.. What bracket is more competitive right now?
If you say the 19s I'll just point and laugh at you.

Are you seriously suggesting that the 20-24 bracket is more competitive than 19s? I dont see f2plays at level 15 come in with 0 enchants, who have never played the game before face fully chanted level 19s. Dont tell yourself that the 20-24 bracket is competitive, thats a complete joke. Wargames are the only possible thing 24s could do to make the bracket competitive excluding full out 10v10 premades. 5 man vs another 5 man is completely PUG dependant, so dont try to say those rare occasions make the bracket competitive either.

EDIT: Also, 29 revival is more competitive than 20-24 bracket, 70 arenas and oo maybe give 85s a go.

doesnt 29 have the most grandfathered OP gear among any bracket?.. along with 19's at second.. those things dont make a bracket balanced.. pretty clear what your favorite bracket is though.. no bias right?

I have played in the 19s and 20-24 bracket, so no there is no bias. I speak from experience. I can assure you 19s have minimum GF impact, just warrior FC gear which only impacts premades. I forget to mention druid FCs and Shaman FCs have some grandfathered gear, but doesnt really effect imbalance of the entire bracket. ALL clothies can be BiS besides jutebraid (50 hp). Hunters can follow Pizza or Discovers set up and be BiS. Rogues can be BiS, refer to Slydurr or Sneaky. GF does have an effect on 29s, but are you seriously considering that Grandfathered gear makes it more imbalanced than 24s vs 20s?

EDIT: This is directed toward balance issues Dryicezx3 brought up. I answered your questions, but really the entire topic was focused towards competition, which 20-24s lack.

Lvl 49 caster or rogue with the no stat dagger with black magic is near the top of bracket being affected by gf-Ed shit. But that bracket is so bursty it doesn't really matter

Are you seriously suggesting that the 20-24 bracket is more competitive than 19s? .

all i remember when i was 19 was horde winning 90% of the time 80% of that being farmed by WT, but thats just from pugging not that, that makes much difference in the grand scheme of things

19's is filled with a bunch of try hards who cant stand the sight of losing.
Last time i saw friendly competitive 19s was when battlegroundforums was around..
