Quick Boomy question.

Since boomies are still relevant flag returners in a lot of situations, and catform is a large part of that, was wondering if other boomies had the idea of using the Fang set. I'm planning on trying it out, and subbing some health and trinkets(if you're trying to ambush FC can't see 400 health being too important) I'm gaining about 1SP and 36AP. Situationally worth it you think?

On boars at least it's increasing my noncrit bite damage by 2-300 dmg.

Again just for returns, thought about getting vers enchants too but that would slow down the starsurge casts so idk.

im not sure if its any different at 19 but as a 20 druid i have a cat dmg set with fang set and a few other items that does work very well any chance im like chasing another druid for instance.

Ive seen maybe 1 or 2 people try it, but I don't think it's picked up any momentum due to the stam/int/etc from enchants you lose.

Maybe for low stacks it could be marginally useful (since at high stacks the FC is most likely going to die anyways); I personally think 400 HP is a huge deal to lose when gaining so little. I personally don't see the overall benefit in it, but maybe see what numbers you hit. Sounds interesting.

if you are confident you can one shot, with out the ramp up time from surge blink bight then yeah ill slap on the set if you are curious about the set i use feel free to send me a message, i have maxed out the intellect>agil ratio. And yeah it is worth going vers, or crit the crit combined with the crit bonus from thrash will pretty much always make your bite crit.
