US Boomkin LF Geared Disc/Rsham For 2k Push 2v2 Ladder

Hey folks,

I'm looking for a healer for my Balance Druid in 2's for a 2k+ push.

My Druid is very geared, and I have quite a bit of experience playing Balance in this bracket.

I have two Priests in 19s that are both 1960+, the rank 1 Vet Priest US that is tied for R1 US at 2032 rating, another Vet Priest ranked 14 US at 1910 rating, a Vet Paladin ranked 10 US at 1928 rating, and a 29 Priest currently rated 1824.

All I expect from my partner is to be a geared Discipline Priest or Restoration Shaman with at least one character above 1800 in any bracket; to have Skype or some other means of voice communication; and to be willing to play at least once or twice a week.

My Druid's current rating is 1589.

i'm not 100% sure if i'll make a vet on US but i'm likely to soon. my rsham is listed in sig below, currently highest

Boomkin is so much fun - I just don't know any US healers :O

Would definitely be fun, but I don't think we would have the consistency against some of the 29 teams that we would need.

We have to have at least a 50% win rate against 29 BM/Healer or BM/BM, which we would have with healer/Boomkin but probably not with rogue/Boomkin.

Agreed. Pretty hard trying to push rating as Vet when u come up against double 29BMs or 29ShadowPriest/Heals combo.
I kept coming up against that Machupicho1 & Machupicho2 double 29 BM team a few nights back. They can DC, reboot their modem, maybe do some quick Wowhead research then get back into game and still win the arena match - lol.
I'm hoping Legion will bring a little more equality to this bracket - at least for arenas.

I'm certain that it will :)

29 BM teams are really rough. Kegboss's BM/Rdruid happens to counter my main team - may I ask what comps you are running?

Sadly I don't run any comps atm. Don't have enough friends in this bracket :( although I'm slowly starting to meet some that want to play.
Anyhow, I usually just do arena with randoms, but I find the most success when my Beast Huntard is teamed up with a Feral. One time with a F2P Feral and my Vet Huntard we were destroying double 29's, including a team with 1 x 29 BM in it. But the moment it becomes double BM, gg:eek:
But to answer question, I'd say Huntard/Feral is a decent combo, but Feral must be good with off-heals or else no chance against 29's.
Also last night I had some decent success with Huntard/Boomie, but the teams we came up against weren't the best, so I haven't really tested Huntard/Boomie enough to say how good it is.

If you like we can try on my Dpriest. ( in sign) he is just veteran not 29. Just saying.

Hey man, I'll heal your boomkin in 2s. Always looked forward to playing with or against you since you ran around with Oldspike.
My priest goes up and down between 1900 and 2100. (I don't try to hold onto rating, just to win.)

It is calculated from win / loose ration. And after you enroll your character you can check it out here on xpoff.com . There is a tab with Arena Ratings
