Bonus stats on items

Hello!
I just have a question regarding the "bonus" stats proc on items. I know they can procc for WOD dungeons with leech, speed and avoidance.
Basicly my question is, is it possible to get bonus stats on items from HoV aswell? (Hunger of the pack)
And what about bonus stats on items from the dungeon finder bag rewards?

i have seen bonus stats proc in classic dungeons and all the other chromie times along with sockets. WOD is more targeted due to the epic upgrade procs

but I feel like hunger of the pack got nerfed (again).

at level 20 it gives 19 speed after a kill. Which is not nothing, but given the warforged tert amounts it definitely feels underwhelming and not worth the farm for a speed proc on it

Pack can socket and tert. GL, RNGESUS isn't a fan of the Pagan Gods. So he doesn't visit hov often.

Just like BFA I haven’t throughly tested legion but I don’t think that follows DF socketing rules. I highly doubt that any trinket is proccing a socket from any era.

Would be really nice if wowhead didn't let us tooltip something that cant roll in-game.
