Bonus Armor updates (6.1)

Finally, Bonus Armor has been fixed!

Here's a couple examples of the nerf/fix.

Volcanic Breastplate
OLD: 120 Bonus Armor
NEW: 12 Bonus Armor

Runic Plate Leggings
OLD: 150 Bonus Armor
NEW: 15 Bonus Armor

Cloak of Warding
OLD: 58 Bonus Armor
NEW: 6 Bonus Armor

Mok'Nathal Clan Ring
OLD: 49 Bonus Armor
NEW: 5 Bonus Armor

Smoking Heart of the Mountain
OLD: 53 Bonus Armor
NEW: 15 Bonus Armor

Staff of Protection
OLD: 100 Bonus Armor
NEW: 10 Bonus Armor

it was time, too many people without skill playing monks/ tanks warr with bonus armor gear and they think they are good players.

Finally right? Tanks are boring as hell to play, but the set bonus BA is still there

Everything is basically gone, Qiraji War Hammer, Hammer of Bestial Wrath. Dark Iron Band, full Dark Iron set got nerfed further.

Almost all bonus armor has been removed, Quel'Serrar is actually a viable option again since it gives 23 bonus armor.

For PvE this might be bad, we lost atleast 15% damage reduction
