Bonus Armor on Defiler's items

Defiler's Leather Boots for example claim to give +11 bonus armory, but it doesn't add up to my character's stats page. Same with the rest of the Defiler's.
Does anyone know if it's supposed to give bonus armor and simply bugged right now, or is the tool tip not supposed to be there?

Armory link with boots on to see if armory at least recognizes bonus. Maybe due to it being a monk, prolly a bug.

For whatever reason, bonus armor works for spriests. Shadowform doubles it. The 2 defilers pieces give 41 BA total, in shadowform it's 82.

As a 29 Brewmaster Monk:
22 Bonus Armor from both Highlander Pieces increases my Armor from 135 to 157 or in Physical Damage Reduction from 23.60% to 26.43%.
