BoE shoulders enchanted

So I`ve snatched Warden`s Shoulders off the AH however I just realized inscriptions will cause the item to just bind to the character that applyes them. I heard someone talk about a way to do it however am not sure. People who have enchanted Warden`s are just GFed or is there a way?

no unless they have used 2sta/3sta/4sta shoulder enchants

So that I'm clear: Outside of Heirloom/BoA items, the MoP enchants like [Greater Tiger Claw Inscription] cannot be applied to low-level twinks due to the level restriction and bind on enchant requirement, correct?

Been busting my head trying to figure out how to do this. I''m in same boat as OP: I have Warden's Mantle and can't get the shoulder chant on it, so I figure it's grandfathered in.
