venomstrike is much better as others cant take the 3+ scope i believe

Venomstike:

has 26-50gmg/2.4 speed

26+50/2/2.4=15.83dps(venomstrike dps)

and with 3+ scope its

29+53/2/2.4=17.08dps



proc does 31-45 dmg and has around 10% chance to strike

so u get 3.1-4.5 dmg/hit (3.8 dmg/hit)



32.8+56.8/2/2.4=18.67dps



Upgraded Dwarven Hand Cannon:

its a gun so u can use http://www.wowhead.com/?item=8068 which has 1.0 more dps than normal ammo

u also get 3 attack power which is around 0.23dps

so cannon does total of 16.23dps



Conclusion

Venomstrike gives around 2.44 dps more

Cannon gives u 2 more crit rating which is i think 0.67% crit chance and has 0.5 slower speed for higher crits



this is the rough calculation i made but i think its correct

VENOMSTRIKE all the way.

as mentionned the BoA are all item level 1 and the scopes needs certain item levels to put them on, so no scope on those which means less DPS.



venomstrike does more dps by a few .5 or something anyway, so i think its better to have venomstrike then any of the BoA even with better ammo.



the real question is, why are alliances having a 11% haste quivers while we are stuck on the old 10% one. there is only 1 quiver existing that gives 11% haste and its an alliance quest. sorry but that just screws hunters and now i know why alliance hunters always out dps me.

Well, imo The fun part of Twinking is getting gear. And since i got kinda got alle the gear u can get, except from AGM, and Fishing hat.



So last day, i was wondering...

Charmed Ancient Bone Bow Can you put +3 Scope on? (Well i'll guess yes, haven't tryed it. So correct me if im wrong)



So, We all know about, that there can't be any talk of trying to put ect. 40+ crit rating on, since its a BC "Enchant" But if u can Enchant BoA items, with Pre-BC enchant, wouldent it possible work throwing Adamantite Scope on

Generally from what I've seen, BoA ranged weapons will never be better than the best ranged weapon of each bracket.

It can't Be done, i can confirm that. Since BoA is item lvl 1 and it req. lvl 55 for 10+ dmg scope.

Why do the:

Seal of Sylvanas

Wingblade

Tranquillien Cloak

Deadskull Shield

Inferno Robe



Not have any Alliance alternatives, surely that just screws Alliance over?



(Now its someones turn to name all the alliance quest rewards so i can tell them how inferior they are to other similar items)
