Well it's decent, but it would definitely be a low priority in terms of badges.
As for number crunching...
6 Haste Rating = 2% Haste
Swift Hand of Justicex2 would turn a Venomstrike with a 2.4 speed into 2.28
I forgot how much haste Quivers give, so just add that into the equation to find your exact attack speed

when it comes to BOA, just buy them all for future referrence.
not because i use them, but because if i want to, i'll have them all at least.
anyway its not as if we had anything to buy when we have all our things anyway.
i get emblem and stone keeper shards that serves me nothing now. so why not.
as for the tirnket itself...
i don't have an AGM
so i got my BOA escape trinket + a good minor recombobulator... so yes i'm going with the haste trinket, gives me back life when i finish an opponent, so why not, its awesome to get self healing !
not because i use them, but because if i want to, i'll have them all at least.
