BOA exp/on twinking

If people refuse to migrate to active battlegroups (or rerolling if money is an issue), twinking as we know it will die. If everyone who is QQing because he can't play with his twink would do something about it, twinking would be as alive as always.

I rerolled on an active server, created a Death Knight to scrounge for money, and spent weeks starting completely from scratch. I play there whenever games are available and I have guildies to que with. My play times, however, often do not coincide with the times when the BGs are active.



I have tried to "do something about it" and so far it is not enough. I will hope for a more vibrant and active twinking scene to come along, but I do not view it as a betrayal of twinking, as some here seem to, that I am trying to find an alternative way of having some fun while I wait.

Xp-off with boa's isn't twinking as I've come to learn/love it over the past few years.



Leveling a toon or deleting him to re-level him is not twinking as far as I'm concerned.



Cool, good way to level, but that means you're pugging and changing gear frequently and really, where's the theory craft in anything revolving around ever-changing gear.



A twink as I've read on these forums is not someone with decent gear, its trying to be perfect, and stay that way while honing your skills against other poeple with a similar mindset.





All of this leveling with boas in gulches and what-not is not twinking, its just leveling.

I will say I also enjoyed the morning BG's there just aren't any games until like noon now

making a "paper" twink sounds like a good idea imo. even if you're just wearing enchanted whites or green BoE's you're still going to be better than 90% of the untwinked people.



Gotta say, if im gonna do this im going to need to find a formal dangui. already got BoAs, so that's half the battle.

Hmm, Ive actually wanted to try this. Like levelling a toon , 10-80, Semi twinking it as it levels , through the pvp system. Would be quite interesting, and you would become a GOD at pvp on that class . haha,

Only if you had a super competitive group. If you fight nothing but bads you will not get too good.
