BM Hunter lvl 20

Right, a beastmark hunter at level 20.

Is it better to get Multishot form the talent tree or 2 pets in the form of "animal companion"
The latter looks cool in dungeons but both pets deal 35% less damage.

An alternitive is to let Barbed shot go for animal companion. But i am not sure that is the way to go.

Anyway, decisions, decisions, decisions .... curious to hear your opinions!!

when running dungeons I use survival, only spec with decent aoe,

Bm is good for smaller packs, ! use barbed, animal companion

I very rarely use Multi-shot, I have an alternate talent set that I switch to if there really are a lot of mobs, but you lose quite a bit of dps and focus regen to obtain it,

The Engineering belt is the closest we come to AoE without beast cleave.

If you really want the AoE, try a pet that can AoE like a Chimeara.

I do really miss the AoE, but unfortunately at 20 we have to give up too much for it.

Try survival. I collect 3 packs at freehold. Misdirect. Position myself well. And bomb most of them in my pets direction. Wildfire bomb is quite good

what do you instead of barbed for single target then? its a very strong skill giving pet haste

I'm not sure what you're asking. I don't skip Barbed or 2 pets in favor of lame multi shot. BM is better at Single target anyways.
