Try turning off all your addons and see if it works. If that works then turn them on one by one and see which ones fkd.

In all seriousness, try run the WoW repair tool and see if that helps as well.
Also try to maximize the window to fit the max of your monitor viewport.
Sometimes when the wow window and resolution settings differ from the
native monitor settings it can create this bug, and it's completely random.
Lastly try turn off Multisampling Anti-Aliasing in the Advanced options tab
and/or in your Nvidia Control Panel.
And don't use the Nvidia game optimizer....

Just the normal names. If you focus and you get the nameplate with healthbar, it gets readable. But it was fine the day before.
I will try how it looks on my laptop later.

Does it happen every time you log in or just sometimes?
The resolution scaling is off. Really wish they'd allow us to go back to proper full screen. This maximized window always gives me glitches like this and lower frame rate.
I find clicking the square icon next to the x on the wow application window to reduce the size of my wow window, then clicking it again to maximize it clears this for me. Assuming it's the same issue. I get it every now and then as well and my text looks similar.

They have. It was totally different, the day before I took the screenshot. I tried everything, but I can't get it fixed.
