find mobs that sits on the border of a higher zone that cross's the border into a 10-60 zone. there afew mobs like this out there.

Hey Dannymcbride, thanks for all the researching! i'm twinking at lvl 19 and i was wondering how this thing works where you pull mobs from high zones into lower level zones... Can you simply pull them in there in order for the loot to scale lower? or does it have to cross the border by itself? or how does this exactly work? I will be very thankful for any information!

Theres not enuff info on world drop blue boe's yet its still hard to call.
lvl 15 mobs are the highest NPC's a lvl 10 can loot for Green gear that scales

pulling a high lvl mob across border

the gear doesnt scale.

I would find a high lvl mob that cross's the border on its own path like http://www.wowhead.com/npc=33193/ashenvale-skirmisher#drops:mode=noteworthy:50-18+1 for best chance at scaling.

for a lvl 19 it will be a different mob but you get the idea.

Both of those BIS no loom 10 items same stats as heirloom just no secondary stat

items not showing up on loot tables for NPC's in that zone are dropping, wonder what else will drop.

Also we can’t farm rageroar sea dog because he is actually a mob in southern barrens

Farming in 10-60 zones with my lvl 1 I was able to get lvl7req greens and lvl10 blues

I'll try in 15-60 ones, maybe we get nice stuff
