Blue BoE upgrades

Yo

I was wondering if anyone has seen any blue boe upgraded to epic from normal mobs (like the foamspittle staff). I'm asking this because all the upgraded boe's I have seen so far are green items. I'm asking because I've been atempting to farm the deadmine cleaver (25 blues so far) and no epic yet. but following the logic of the foamspittle staff it should in theory be able to turn epic right?

The only blue I can think of that would qualify is boahns and the sea monster next to him and pretty sure thats been confirmed.

But that's a rare mob tho, I'm mainly talking about normal named mobs. there are other examples of blue to epic from rares like the pacifier from logrosh in hillsbrad

There arent many blue items that are unique to a normal mob. Foreman Thistlesomething perhaps.
