Do we know exactly how much spell power you actually gain from this Blood Elf herb? On the item it only says small amount. Has anyone tested this, specifically 19, 29?

15 sp, however you can only have one on you at a time. You could have one chipped power core and one cracked power core. You can store a bunch in a gbank or your mail, but you can only have one of each on you at a time.
