Tbh, most of that gear can be attained at level 64, I chardev'd a 21k lvl 64 Blood DK just for the funz like 3 days ago (didn't save it I was bored) where I believe that HP seems more massive than it is for 69.
Not saying it's bad just think it's less effective, given the end of bracket scaling is pretty high.
Building a damage set with things that are more or less exclusive to your level, like 68 scaled heirlooms, could be fun.
