Actually someone having your I.D, yes they can compromise your information, the world's hackers can do anything, get around anything. Someone having my I.D means they have more than my name, they have my address and I.D number, some hackers can steal my information by using the identification number, I don't know how but there was a case in which someone was going around as they passed people using a scanning device to steal people's credit card information as they walked past them, what makes you think a Blizzard employee won't do similar stuff?
It's not fraud because something simple as a gaming industry can't sue players for not using their legal name because they are not the government.
That's why they need to implement a secondary name choice filed under their legal name on their account and ask which name they would like to be addressed by.
It's a policy that hurts a lot of Transgender people. There are a lot of Transgender people who play the games. They need to give player's the option to file a secondary name they would like to be addressed by and the name in which the person identifies with can choose to have it show up along with your current legal name.
I never indicated that I didn't want anyone to reply. I just want the users who do agree to spread the word and the ones who don't agree can still put their input on the subject as long as they are not disrespect using insults. Even someone telling me to grown up is an insult because I am grown, I'm 25 years old, I had that reply on another forum.
