Blizz add lvl27 restrictions to tbc gear (tooltip yet)

What u guys think blizz trying to do, just another mess-up with tooltip or they try to kill f2p nerfing things we love like sword from strat?
For now u can see lvl description only in loot tables.

The items drop exactly as mentioned in the tooltip ... for LvL 26/27. After a relogg, I can use the items. Stupid System.
