How much is this worth? Is it (relatively) common to see it scale under 70 since legion?

I was running heroic shattered halls on my 119 twink and this thing dropped from the only trash pack I decided to loot, lol.

These items are extremely coveted. With the 66 version scaleing higher than the stats of the previous 70 version it makes it better for 70s and useable by 69 twinks, I won’t argue it’s bis but I’d say it’s definately worth 100k

I just got one on my 80 mage... it doesn't proc nearly as often as you'd hope, but it's pretty fun when it does.

People use level 76 version for their 85 twinks, and I would almost argue that the staff from last boss in DS is better as it procs 2-3x more often. I know this doesn’t apply for you as you are 80, but just food for thought

It procs more often, yes, but it grants only 96 haste compared with the 216 haste from an ilvl 100 BoW. Plus the sword allows for an OH enchant and gem slot, which are always nice. But yeah, the staff is definitely an option.
