Blackwolf Bracers (SFK drops)

So i've been farming sfk for these damn bracers off of Walden.... I've seen 2 Shadowfangs drop (both went to some noob rogues that had no clue what they just received, needless to say i am furious) and yet have not seen these bracers once. Can anyone confirm that they still drop and that i just have the most bizarre luck in the world? (I would say worst luck but i mean 2 fangs dropping is pretty nice)

%100. that is crazy rng. black wolf bracers are a boss drop. i am currently farming boe's in sfk and have 3 of the bracers in my bags.
