Blackened Defias Armor

Dumb question but does Blackened Defias Armor - Item - World of Warcraft still drop? i cant find it any more in deadmines section of atlas loot and google says it drops of a boss that isnt there any more. i ran a bunch of times with no luck thinkin maybe it a rarespawn boss now? idk.

We've been running Deadmines a few times with guildies and haven't seen any of the Blackened Defias stuff drop, let alone the chestpiece. It may very well be grandfathered :/

They might still drop, but I am not sure from where, my guess could well be wrong but it is this:

They have the blackened defias gloves on the toon - of course, they could have bought them.

The latter is most likely as they don't have the chest either.. but it is still a hope?

-> As the fang gear stayed, I don't know why the defias wouldn't.

You cannot obtain it anymore. Ran it multiple times today and not one set drop. ;(

yeah, i picked up the 4 boe pieces on an alt before the shattering - i haven't seen any other pieces drop since

yea its probly a bug becuase my atlas loot say vc drops it and ive had it to not drop after 10 runs that was before 4.0 and stuff (it droped on the 11th run)

Uh, it had a low droprate before, but Edwin VanCleef is no longer in the Dungeon. With the storyline changes, Ripsnarl and Cookie are the bosses on the top of the ship.

Someone asked a GM and said that both the Armor and belt have been removed from the drop list at the moment.

i have done DM many times seen the last patch only defias item i have seen drop is the belt.



i also haven't seen:

-metal working gloves

-defias rapier

-wood working gloves

-goblin screwdriver

-smelting pants

From GM - I regret to inform you that the Defias Armor Set has been removed from the game at the current moment in time.



All you can do if you want this back is go to the suggestions forum and complain.

Maybe this is because; they aren't suppose to give out hints or clues about items or quests.

Smelting Pants are still obtainable, I got them past patch.

I have BDA but dont use it as i thought the BoA is better isnt it? :\ if not armour of the fang has same stats
