It is GF'd indeed. I'd say maybe 5k worth, I got mine for 2 or 3k I think. Not really worth much for anyone since the -5 stamina...

Is it actually unobtainable now? Or just very rare? According to wowhead it still drops just, at a shadowfang like rate off a rare spawn in wetlands.

The ring is item level 24, and the mob that drops it is only level 21. So basically, the mob is not capable of dropping an item of iLvl over 21, at least that's what I've heard. Kinda the same what happened with shadowfang, mob levels got nerfed in SFK, so most of em can't drop it anymore. Same with Tarantula Silk Sash.

Nope, gain 1 intellect and lose 10 stam Unless Row is talking about equipping double widow band instead of double argas, which would result in losing 20 stam and gaining 2 intellect, but it isn't possible since the ring is unique-equipped.
