BiS Resto Shaman?

I looked in the thread but there seems to be no Char devs of Resto Shaman.

I'm also thinking Using mostly Stam enchants, then gemming Haste, but what is the max haste before it's not so beneficial.

Any help would be appreciated.

When I use the term BiS I don't mean it as in, give me the best items, I mean it as in, what are some good gears, that work well together.

For example, set bonus's or what to gem/enchant stat wise.
