Imo go 64 if you want to make one now, because theres like........3 socket cloth pieces at 60 unless you just go into AQ

IMO if you want to get stupid gear twink in another bracket, 60's are unique to their oldschool gear. 64 ruins the experience.

Check this guy out Nereavarxx - He never uses BC gear, so i'd imagine the "proper" BC geared mage would just use the cloth pieces and stack stam or something, idk reall.y

Lots of people interested in a BiS 60 mage it seems (> 800 views ). The positive thing about 64 is that you can stack resi, increasing your survival greatly against e.g. a protadin. You can even keep a few oldschool pieces for looks (which is what I would do).

Not a lot of people do a socket cloth user at 60 because theres like 2-3 pieces that have sockets at that level haha, thats the only reason why I suggested going 64, 60 AQ (or naxx if you played then) gear is obviously better look wise. If you come across a 60 or 64 with 3 of the epic jc resil gems (which you can get at 60, just takes a bit of effort) it sucks XD

64 is WEAK! You don't even need the socket gear when you can icelance kids for 1.6k at 60.... EZ MOAD!
