I did some looking up on Wowhead, and I came up with this gear set up. Did I miss anything for it to be BiS?

as an agi user at 10 you should not need any crit enchants the agi/skinning should give enough i use stam and dodge on my 10 rogue for shoulder enchant too

Swàq @ Sargeras - Community - World of Warcraft this is my rogue i have over 100% crit without crit enchants i am also assa so i do not get 30% bonus agi boa trinkets are on a diff character currently but i use haste and a pvp trinket... another thing is id get a 2nd weapon for titanium weapon chain i have a 3rd dagger with it and i use it on 20+ toons its a live saver... anyways good luck on gearing your feral it should be similar gear to my rogue
