Not sure if you picked it up before your faction change though, but this would probably be the next best option. Armor of the Fang - Item - World of Warcraft

For enh shammy that has no BoAs I'd almost say go 3 set fang, chest, gloves, and legs. That would be trading 9 crit and 1 expertise for 3 agi 9 stam and 4 (or 5 I forget) int. It also doesn't require going horde.

while getting the other one, might as well pick up Vest of Fortune - Item - World of Warcraft

can help with hit if you have no JP-BOAs
