BiS ilvl 41 Epic quest rewards list for each class

Is someone going to make one of these threads for the 29s? Would be very helpful, unfortunately I don't have knowledge on quests that reward good secondary stat pieces of gear.

For now, go to wowhead.com/quests and filter it to required level 29 + your faction, then scroll the scale by level to the Ilvl you want to see, it may not be accurate but gives a good idea.

All items in the game now can upgrade to the same item level, according to your level. If your 29, then all your quests rewards, both Uncommon and rare, can proc 41 IL
