In my opinion i'll always run with godfrey's due to the fact i made my pally after the shattering so no buckler pants for me 
. However with the britches on i have around 21% crit wich gives those nice 1-1.1k crits a better proc chance. Also, with Holy shock i rarely ever get bursted down by only two classes on me and if 3 or more get on me that extra 5% damage mitigation doesn't matter because you probably will die. Therefore unless you can get those grunts or artic pants i would just use godfrey's b/c of the better stats. 9Plus they match your spider silk boots and everyone knows twinks are all about fashion statements)
