BiS gloves?

Is Hillsman Gloves BiS obtainable gloves for druid FC , if we exclude hotshot pilot gloves and gloves of the hero?
Want to make sure before I slap on 16 sp enchant on it.

well that depends. Are you resto? if so, then yes. Brawler gloves give more stam and armor if your feral
