BiS gear for tank classes.

This is a stupid question but I feel it may be best to ask it here - is instanced PvE scaled (IE: Classic Raids). So would low level gears scale in these raids like it does in PvP? Or is it strictly in Arenas/BGs?

The guide is just for instanced PvP (arena's/bg's) I don't think this would be BiS as a tank in PvE, since you would get one hit killed by most abilities because of lack of stamina

That's true but it's also really good for world PvP.
