This is my ele set up more haste than i usually run with in arenas , which i use more stam gems instead like stam haste and 3 JC Stam gems. The neck is really nice vs scum prots and rogues.

Prob an old post, but i got prob BiS Spellpower proc setup with rings/trinks. Not to mention the cape and weapon procs too, and also got the neck piece as well. Everything can indeed stack. (Purely a PvE set-up! P1ure god Glass-cannon! ))

Did you faction change for the extra ring? I swear I saw other people with two of them CoT rings last time as well, since when can you get two of them? I never got more than one, at any stage of the quest.

There is a way to get 2 rings, and it's not by faction change. First delete your ring and talk to the guy again to get your ring back, trade it in for the other ring you want, then ask for a item restoration on the ring you deleted again from battle.net and you have two.

Aha thanks, weird how all the people seemed to not want to answer me when I asked them and claimed "they were different rings", while everyone could fucking tell they were the same rings.
