BiS Cloak for Intellect stacking?

So, currently I am using
Ivycloth Cloak - Item - World of Warcraft
(Of Intellect) which has +5 but scales to +6

Was wondering if there was anything better I should be aware of?
(I don't care at all about stamina in this case and I do have all the satchel gear)

There should be no cloak with a higher amount of int.

But if you choose another combination of your gear you would:

1) Hitcap
2) Gain more stam
3) Gain more int
4) Keep your crit

[Battle Healer's Cloak] scales 5int 5stam 2spirt
Pretty good item for casters if you need +2 hit from spirit, and you want that extra 1stam 1int compaired to 4/4/4 satchel cloak.
