Considering i'm alliance atm and i will faction change which item should i have as alliance and horde ? and i just got a Hotshot Pilot i just want to know what's the bis ?
I'm considering haste as main stats and an hybrid spell / crit as second stats.

please help me out :)

PS: i'm gonna play disc.

engi cloak until 5.4 then switch to heirloom cloak

Got few more questions:

1) Overlord Favor or the neck that reduce the melee damage by 2 i hesitate atm.

2) Wont use engi cloak cuz i have heirloom +5 all resist and with the gnomeregan resist gonna be sick.

3) Is there another alternative to bracers cuz i fucking hate thoses dead stats spirit on the gnomer one... ?


4) I can get 2 Thaliaa from STV from both faction right ?

5) Does a haste ring exist i saw so many versions of gnomer rings on Phonebbok thread, if not i'm gonna use heirlooms rings + Yorgen Boons i guess. Can i have the 9 stam / 4 spirit ring x2 i saw some twink with it (Isa / Khoma) or is it a bug ? (FC gear)

6) insigna + Battlemaster or Insigna + Haste loom i guess :).

7) if you know some item that are cool to obtain but not BiS please tell me :)

Would go with crit/int over haste any day of the week, whilst picking up herb for the on demand oh shit moments. DA is incredibly strong, considering you'll spend most of your time pumping out absorbs left right and centre. Having high DA uptime with doubled PW:S's is crucial with burst as it is. Any team with a brain cell or two wont let you free cast for too long, so popping out strong absorbs beforehand offers a nice cushion to build up more DA's and free casts afterwards, plus it frees up and allows time to cc opponents and pump out some great dmg knowing there wont be any spike dmg coming through right away.

Personal preference ofc, but I've yet to see where haste would shine properly.

If not, the above is a decent outline of most gear.

p.s: give me those hotshots dammit.:p

overlord favor absolutely, no idea why you would want that other necklace

if you're going disc, do not take engineering cloak

Haste reduce the GCD so i can shield everybody even more faster mate :D, that's why i want haste main stats then crit, then spell, any team won't hit me alot with the team coordination i have with my mates, also BM monk is here to covering my ass <3.

Hotshot Pilot is rare nowaday, i just got one freshly, my priest is lvl 15 atm i'm waiting for my friends boosting me satchels for the haste belt, so the Hotshot is still unbound <3.

Okay :) i got it for the necklace but like as 19, int is not a big deal at all but yeah i will do the quest anyway.

Silver-Thread cuffs seems legit or i will get Mindthrust.

Okay so incoming long farming Gnomer for haste ring :) or i will CBA fast and slack with heirlooms rings + Yorgen boons.

Oh i see, do you think if i whine a bit with a GM i can get both ?

I'm not gonna take engi cloak cuz i have a heirlooms cloak with a GF'ed enchant, which is gonna be sick with Gnomeregan rings resists.

Overlord favor got intel (4 if i remember right and stam 3 + hit) since i don't need hit and 4 intel is a + but not a necessity, the stam is really efficient but since the bracket is plenty of melee retards like every F2P are hunter / rogues... I guess the bronze thingy with reduce 2 damage can be efficient. I have tried it on my shaman but i don't think i got the same HP pool so i have to finish the priest before judging i guess :) but sure compare to the other necks, Overlord is very nice, i will get it ofc don't worry.

I've never found not shielding someone fast enough a problem, but each to their own I suppose mate :) We're talking a fraction of a second (well under 0.5) by gearing haste. Disc is all about strong absorbs and high uptime on Aegis. I'd rather pre shield players and build strong DA's up than having fractionally quicker shields, especially as most teams tend to focus one or two targets at any given time for a kill and having strong absorptions up protects against those focus swaps. In the event of high spread damage on the whole team , which would require rapid shieldings I'd just pop Lifeblood :). The damage crit brings to assist kills is also another great bonus. :rolleyes:

Good luck with gearing up though mate, disc is a blast to play. :)

Disc is fun. You will love it. You can save the team and do some dps. I like the faceroll aspect of shadow though... because I am bad like that.

I rarely shield for no reasons except in solo queue when i have to predict the amount of damage that the enemy team can put on 1 single target if they are coordinated.
Well yeah we are talking exactly about 0,38 sec GCD reduce, it's pretty good in my eyes, in premade i still think haste is better for spamming since 16 spell only increase damage by 10 (50 as crit) and heal for the same amount (50 as crit),
on the belt you just sacrifice 3 stam 3 intel for 5 haste so after maths => Worth it,
Cloak the heirlooms one > Sorcerer one or any other cloak (i got a bad experience of PVP power as end game that's why i prefer old cloak) to get back the stam i lost on belt => Worth it,
Off hand i loose some stats compare to the tome 9 stam / 10 intel or something like that but it's okay :).
Head Looms is BiS no matter what
Leg Looms aswell.

So i guess i can always back to crit and stuff if i want to leave haste alone. But i will give it a shot after some maths.

Hey man, I think you got the right idea, but I would stack more crit over haste because of Divine Agies (can't be dispelled when it procs and you don't do as much overhealing) or how ever you spell it. I would get mindthrusts for bracers with 9 stam, switch argus for boa ring (The rings are debatable). Use the sun belt. for tyrannie and boa staff. So my priest is based on suitability and crit.

These are both my 24 horde and alliance disc priests. either one could have the boas lol

This set is a nice set, as i said you can switch argus ring over boa if u want the sp.

Unless you going to be always running a group you can relax on survivability and go more spell/crit/haste.
