BIS 85 , MOP gear and Dragonsoul HC

Hi all , was wondering if some one could give me a char dev of a BIS 85 lock, and im guessing alchemy/Engi is the way to go or is synapse toned down on 85?

yes synapse is toned down but like many other proffesion bonuses you might wanna look into what lvl is best for you.. cata bonus is often better than panda bonus.
uhh i think bis prof's is alch+jc if you have a 5 or more gemslots.. head and belt for panda gems +3 to cata gems.. if not it might still be bs..
