BiS 70 Arms wep?

Close to BiS, but not quite. You could actually swap the gems in your cloak and ring and gain 3 stamina, the cloak's socket bonus doesn't actually provide any stats as can be seen on armory. (I know it shows otherwise in-game, but it's actually lying there.)

yeah I suppose I could, but then I'd have to use up one of my +12int gems of which I don't have many left, so I think I can go without the 3 stamina
