What exactly do you think is bullshit about the scaling system?
What is NOT bullshit about it?
I just wrote about this in another thread so I'm just going to copypaste it here:
For pvp the scaling system has opened up more freedom and creativity when it comes to gearing your character than we've ever seen before. You can literally make any kind of build as all items from 1-70 could potentially be viable. If you somehow don't like that idea I can once again only possibly blame it on laziness.
You're saying the items get "scaled to ridiculous levels". Are you implying that the addition of scaling gear has made damage in pvp too high? Should I remind you that the current pace in 2v2 and 3v3 is the slowest we've ever had in the bracket, and that this patch would easily candidate as one of the most balanced ever?

If I want to twink at let's say at whatever end-game pre expansion level i'd be sure to get the absolute best equipment I can get in that expansion. Insteed of spending 5 minutes browsing trough the AH and buy low lvl boe items that happends to scale and be superior in bg / arena environment
You ''anti-scaling gear'' people don't even seem to realise that the ''scaling gear'' is a trade-off. In Rogue's case, you give up like 8k health to gain something like 70 attack power.

I'm not making another post here, you're quite clearly not here to actually discuss either, you just want to say ''Q.Q scaling gear makes me lose'' when in reality you're just bad.
In the case of the 70 bracket, some scaling gear is actually far harder / more time consuming to obtain than any tbc gear.

Close to BiS, but not quite. You could actually swap the gems in your cloak and ring and gain 3 stamina, the cloak's socket bonus doesn't actually provide any stats as can be seen on armory.
