I have yet to see a bis MW, but keep in mind, MW damage is just as good as their healing. 20 MW gearing is slightly different than 29, however stat priority remains the same.
I saw somewhere on a posting of a stat priority: Optimal HP (for 20s it's 2k +, not sure what 29s would be) > Int > Vers > anything else. I agree with this in the testing I've done, however since MW dps is great, I'd prioritize crit > haste for anything you decide to gear after vers.
So gearing would go something like this, in my opinion, and for anyone else who wants to interject, feel free.
Helm: Green Lens of Quickblade (Leaning heavily towards vers)
Neck: BoA neck w/ vers (Satyr enchant)
Shoulder: Preened Ironfeather Shoulders/Stained Shadowcraft (Cranewing Inscription)
Cloak: Cape of the Brotherhood/any cloak with vers and crit if there is one (1 vers/2% speed enchant)
Chest: Fang Chest (glorious stats)
Bracer: adaptable crate bracers/scaled mindthrust/quickblade crate bracers (superior spellpower)
Gloves: Fang Gloves (11 stam enchant)
Belt: Fang Belt
Legs: Fang Legs
Feet: Fang Boots (minor speed)
Rings: Advisor's Ring/BG crate ring adaptable or quickblade/Gnomer vers ring (+2 vers to both)
Trinkets: Defending Champion/Returning Champion/Discerning Eye
Weapon: Crate adaptable/quickblade (elemental force)
OH: Crate adaptable/quickblade (6 int)
I was unsure of a shoulder slot since I couldn't find one with secondary stats that I liked, so I think crit boa shoulders with the cranewing (int/crit) enchant are the best option.
Also, ele force can be interchanged for SP to weapon depending on your situation. If your team is lacking on heals and you're focusing more of your time on that, use SP weapon, but ele force goes really well with the damage of MW because of how many abilities and ticks it can potentially proc off of, same with satyr neck enchant.
Everything else as far as my gear choice seems fairly self explanatory.
Edit: Also, my list is going off the assumption that you want a non-GF'd bis set.
