In my opinion:
1. Runeblade of Baron Rivendare. Highest consistent weapon dps, lots of vers, invaluable equip effect.
2. Destiny - Procs very frequently, used in combination with crusader + sonic booster procs can be nasty burst windows.
3. Princess Theradras' Scepter - Decent damage, proc is typically about 5% of total damage in my limited experience.
Honorable mention: Sul'thraze the Lasher. Weapon dps that matches runeblade, but I'm unsure of how valuable the proc is post-nerf.

Hammer of the titans has substantially lower weapon dps and off stats in favor of a gimmicky on hit effect. I would pick Runeblade + any of the other 3 I listed - try them out and see what you prefer.
