I spoke to a GM yesterday and pointed out this issue. He then told me that the dev team are aware of this bug and are working for a fix on it.

Still no pops for me.
Funny how the professions were fixed within hours but this hasn’t been fixed yet.
One has to wonder if a similar system was implemented for PvE if it would be fixed sooner. Say if any toon on your account had defeated a higher level boss in an instance. That would mean none of your lower toons would be locked out of lower instances. Or if daily/weekly instance locks were made account wide.

Well Im crossing my fingers in hopes it is fixed during tomorrows maintenance
