EU has active 60-69 bgs, pretty sure US has aswell

Every bracket is active in the sense of games popping since the xp on/off merge.

As someone who play both 60 and 69 I can say that theres no real gain from going 69, or rather that the increase in power aint that big.
Then there is the whole other aspect of 60 that 69 doesent have, PvE and good WPvP.

If you like playing 60s stay 60
