BG Honorable Kills - Nerfed or Bugged?

Whats wrong with the Honorable Kills in BFA? Sometimes I have more KBs than HKs in BGs. There is something really wrong in the last 1-2 weeks. Im in combat with enemies who dies near me but I dont get HKs from that , even if I do the KB. Sometimes I get HKs for beeing far from any fights. Its random.

it's definitely either bugged or "fixed" - but if it was fixed, i do not know what ... circumstances would cause a kill to not grant an honorable kill

i screenshotted some examples when i first noticed this happened a couple weeks ago or whatever

things to note; all kills were either in horde base, shallow mid, or deep mid, no graveyard kills - all kills were on players without rez sickness etc

this is eots from the same day, all kills were from mid -> rotation to mage tower

since then i've seen this happen in at least half of my games, not bothered to screenshot any more

Dudes a troll 3 flag returns and his comment is learn to play objectives and no it has happened to me with kills from mele as well it's definitely a bug or intended with the new honor rankings.

He has 485 honor most of the team has 600+ aka ....he was standing by the flag spamming.

ahahahaha telling me to play objectives and implying i got >20 kills with a dot tick after they were out of hk range
& his twink is a rogue with distant army, pvp power & almost all gear/other chants wrong

as goohd said, the people with more honor than me in the wsg just had higher honor rewards at the end due to first win

in the eots the game had only just started hence only 130~ honor

thats a yikes
