Neck: 606 /w Leech or Speed - or Loot-Luck with 615+
Cloak - 606 /w Leech or Speed - or Loot-Luck with 615+
Bracer - 606 /w Leech or Speed - or Loot-Luck with 615+
Waist - 600 /w Leech or Speed + 50-Stats Gem - or Loot-Luck with 615+
Boots - 600 /w Leech or Speed + Minor Speed (only Enchant which stacks)
Ring 1 - Legendary-Quest
Ring 2 - Ashen Verdict Revered
Trinket 1 - Sandman's Pouch
Trinket 2 - Stone of Fire
Weapon - Crystalfire Spellstaff of Feverflare
Neck / Cloak / Rings with Gift of Versatility
other enchants and gems Haste / Mastery (depends on how much i got from what without them)

Running with both PvP-Trinkets then I would change:
Chest and Neck or cloak with Warlords Crafted

I'm new to the bracket, but i'm not convinced that trinkets are the best use of the WOD crafted gear.

A level 4 WOD Chest/Pants/Helm/ gives 129 armor, 279 intellect, 418 stamina, and ~180 of 2 secondary stats of your choice per each piece of gear. That is a massive upgrade to 600/609 gear. Coupled with the fact that you can get the 2 piece pvp trinket bonus of 15% less damage I think that route might better. If you wanted you could keep the 2 piece bonuses use just WOD crafted Chest and Boots. (Boots don't get as many stats)

The only major downside I see to this is about 60k of costs and lack of enchants. (if the items where already 609 no enchants anyways)

If someone wants to math me and show me different i understand, but having 2 of the highest stat pieces be level 685 seems stronger.

I'm using this setup when i'm going max. health. Otherwise both warlords trinkets for burst. Its all a matter of "for what situation", doing random bgs, arena with what partner and so on.

Drain-Tanking people can be kinda funny. ;-)
