Blizz rarely remove anything from their database. You can find a lot of removed NPCs, items and what not on wowhead.

what indicates the mobs are being removed? I didn't base my whole argument on them being in the database, I just said there's noting which speaks for the removal of those mobs

I did get Drakewing Bands to drop for my hunter in Stockades, so I feel good that I can at least meet hit rating basic requirements and not have to load up on rogue boas.

Won't hit rating be removed in WoD? So therefore you just want Ring of Precision for the agil?

Hits going to be crit next xpac. Hits being removed I believe. For the time being its nice tho.
